Production Director Gao Dongyun told reporters that the company focuses on the production of biodegradable plant fiber tableware, using natural plant fibers such as sugarcane pulp and bamboo pulp as raw materials, completely abandoning chemical materials such as PP and PET. Currently, this batch of orders will be sent overseas.

The product we are currently producing is a natural hamburger box. Our machine can produce one board every 20 seconds, and within one effective working day, one machine can produce 34000 hamburger boxes. By replacing the mold, our machine can produce different products.
Who would have thought that the biodegradable tableware production base, which is now taking shape, was once just a barren land. Zigu Rui Environmental Protection has laid the first foundation in Qiaoxi District. The district quickly established a special service team coordinated by the park, industry and information technology, finance, self planning, housing and construction departments to assist enterprises in completing key procedures such as land approval, planning permits, and environmental impact assessments, helping them quickly land and put into operation, and seize market opportunities. Under the efficient promotion of government enterprise cooperation, the first phase of Gu Rui Environmental Protection Project will be officially put into operation in the second half of 2024.

Our tableware can completely replace plastic products in terms of cost and value. We will also open a third production line in the first half of this year. After all three production lines are put into operation, our annual sales can reach a level of about 40-50 million, which can solve the problem of local employment of about 100 people. We will further expand the workshop in the later stage. After the entire workshop is completed, the annual production capacity can reach nearly 30000 tons.
As a technology intensive enterprise, the R&D team of Gu Rui Environmental Protection accounts for up to 30% and has obtained 20 core patents, covering key areas such as material formulation, production technology, and mold design. The product sells well in multiple coastal provinces and cities, and is exported to countries and regions such as Europe, America, the Middle East, Japan, and South Korea.
