Job Responsibilities:
According to the requirements of the company's development strategy, responsible for formulating human resources strategies and administrative management measures to support the overall goals of the company, and implementing various tasks specifically. Specifically, it includes the following key tasks.
1. Strategic planning: Based on the actual situation and development strategy of the company, organize the formulation of human resources strategic planning, and ensure the rational utilization and continuous value-added of human resources.
2. Policy formulation and implementation: Responsible for revising and improving the rules and regulations of the departments under its jurisdiction, standardizing various management work systems and processes.
3. Organizational development: Participate in the formulation of organizational structure design and talent echelon construction, ensuring that the organizational structure matches the company's development.
4. Recruitment and staffing: Responsible for recruiting and staffing key positions to ensure that the company has sufficient talent support.
5. Training and Development: Establish an employee training system to promote their career development and enhance their abilities.
6. Performance management: Establish and maintain a performance management system to ensure that employee performance aligns with company goals.
7. Salary and benefits: Design salary and benefits policies to attract and retain talent; Review daily salary accounting.
8. Employee Relations: Maintain good employee relations, handle labor disputes and employee complaints.
9. Administrative support: Supervise the provision of administrative services to ensure smooth daily operations. Including: cafeteria, dormitory, cleaning, security, vehicles, reception, etc;
10. Asset Management: Responsible for the approval, inventory and daily maintenance management of fixed asset procurement, as well as the approval and supervision of the procurement and distribution of low value consumables such as office supplies.
11. Meetings and External Relations: Responsible for meeting management, as well as liaising and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
12. Crisis management: Responsible for developing and implementing response strategies when the company faces a crisis.
13. Internal communication: As a communication bridge between management and employees, ensure the effective transmission of information.
14. Corporate culture construction: Participate in the construction of company culture, shape a positive and proactive corporate culture through personnel, administrative policies, and activities.
15. Employee Service: Responsible for managing employee service related tasks, such as designing employee benefits, submitting applications, and organizing distribution.
16. Office management: Responsible for the company's office leasing, decoration, moving in, as well as environmental hygiene and safety management.
17. Responsible for project application and certification and qualification processing;
