Energy saving fully automatic pulp molding machine, suitable for making paper food packaging tableware from plant fibers (bamboo pulp, wood pulp, sugarcane pulp, etc.), such as disposable fast food boxes, burger boxes, plates, bowls, etc. It can also produce high-quality industrial packaging products with double-sided gloss (customized), and can be processed from waste paper fibers into packaging items with packaging, cushioning, shock absorption and separation functions. It is widely used in packaging industries such as food, home appliances, instruments, nutrition and health care, and pharmaceuticals. The fully automatic pulp molding production line consists of a molding system, a pulp making system, a vacuum system, a compressed air system, a heating system, and a detection and packaging system. The molding system is the core of the production line. The automatic molding machine has a three station structure, with the middle station being vacuum suction molding and the two sides being hot press curing stations. The machine is programmed and controlled by a computer, and all parameters can be set through the touch screen.
