In the modern factory building of Hebei Gurui in the emerging industrial park of Qiaoxi District, the raw materials of sugarcane pulp and bamboo pulp mixed on the automatic production line are molded by high-temperature molds and accurately grasped by mechanical arms. Last year in the second half of the year, with an investment of hundreds of millions of yuan, the first phase workshop of Gu Rui Environmental Protection, covering an area of about 80 acres, was put into operation. After the workshop was fully put into operation, its daily output reached more than 20 tons. According to the current order situation, three production lines were put into operation in the first half of this year, which can bring nearly 50 million yuan in sales. The core product of Hebei Gurui is biodegradable plant fiber tableware, which uses natural plant fibers such as sugarcane pulp and bamboo pulp as raw materials, and abandons chemical materials such as PP and PET. It produces dozens of conventional products such as discs, square plates, bowls, meal boxes, and cup lids. Through high-temperature compression molding from 180 ℃ to 220 ℃, and undergoing more than 20 rigorous processes such as edge cutting, waterproof and oil resistant treatment, metal detection, ozone and ultraviolet disinfection, the product ensures safety and durability, and can replace plastic products in use. As a technology intensive private enterprise, the company's R&D team accounts for 30% and has obtained 20 core patents, covering areas such as material formulation, production processes, and mold design. This year, the company will also apply for national high-tech enterprise status.
